About me…
-
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent many years in education and facilitating trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and wellbeing programs. Those experiences taught me that our stories don't just live in our minds—they're held in our bodies, our relationships, and our nervous systems. That understanding continues to inform my work today, blending evidence-based interventions with somatic practices to honor the whole person- mind and body.
I have supported young people experiencing complex trauma, family violence, mental health challenges, suicidality, and the impacts of out-of-home care. I have seen the incredible resilience people carry, even when life becomes incredibly difficult, and it continues to shape the way I show up as a therapist.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). I am committed to ongoing professional development, continually deepening my understanding of trauma, attachment, and relational healing so I can provide the best possible care for the women and young people I work with.

We believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. Every project starts with listening and ends with something we're proud to share.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
